1. Agreement to Terms

By booking an appointment or using any services provided by Deep End Washes ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Deep End Washes provides professional mobile car detailing and fleet washing services including exterior detail, interior detail, express detail, showroom detail, clay & seal, and related services. We bring our own power and water — no hookups needed. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without notice.

3. Booking & Appointments

  • All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • You will receive a confirmation text message upon successful booking.
  • Please ensure access to the vehicle is available at the scheduled time.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. You will be notified as soon as possible.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee at our discretion.
  • Repeated no-shows may result in requiring a deposit for future bookings.

5. Payment

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept major credit and debit cards processed securely through Stripe.
  • Invoices are sent via SMS with a secure payment link.
  • All prices are in USD and are subject to change without notice.
  • Returned or disputed payments may incur additional fees.

6. SMS Communications

By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Deep End Washes including appointment reminders, booking confirmations, thank you messages, and invoice notifications. 7. Vehicle & Property

  • Please remove valuables, fragile items, and personal belongings from the vehicle prior to service.
  • Deep End Washes is not responsible for pre-existing damage, scratches, chips, or conditions present before service begins.
  • Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours and we will work to make it right, which may include a re-service or partial refund at our discretion.

9. Privacy

Your personal information is collected and used solely to provide and improve our services. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Stanislaus County, CA.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
